Harmony Effect was established in 2019. Our Journey began with a passion for

wellness and a desire to share this with others.

At Harmony Effect we recognize that the every day demands of life can leave us

feeling stressed, depleted of energy and overwhelmed. We are often unable to

step back and unwind. This also has a direct impact on our Physical, Mental and

Emotional well being.
